The newly announced version of Parallels for the M1 chip does not emulate x86 code, and does not run x86 based OSes when run on Apple’s M1 chip. It WILL run WindowsOnArm, which has a well developed x86 emulation, but a still-in-development x64 emulation.

Not really no. Revit as a whole really needs to run on a x86 architecture, and while ARM processors can emulate that, it's not a 1:1 replacement.

Definitely works well enough to do actual work on. However, for the price, it doesn’t work THAT well. And perhaps some/most of the reason why it feels that way is because of the slight lag.
