Edit: If by "story mode" you mean games that's are multiplayer while also having a story option, I would say Halo or GTA 5.

You named most of my favorite games, you have great taste! I would highly recommend the From Software games. Dark Souls, Bloodborne, Sekiro.

Bioshock also has a strong storyline. The first one (which should be cheap by now) is probably the best but the entire series is connected by story threads. Moving away from games towards interactive novels you have the Alan Wake series - you are the star in a horror movie basically. Tell Tales the Walking Dead is also excellent.
