Off the top of my head I would suggest Blind Beast, The Malformed Man, Hausu, Pulse, Cure, Noroi, Onibaba, Uzumaki, Infection and Evil Dead Trap.

You can't go wrong with Dark Water, Pulse, Ju-On, Noroi, Battle Royale, Audition, Ichi the Killer, Shutter, One Missed Call...the usual suspects ...

I would always search up on YT Japanese horror movies. I remember there was one uploader in particular by the name of Monte Crisco who would upload and sub a lot of these movies before his original channel got banned. I have found a couple of the ones I’ve been looking for and he does have some on his new YT channel (MonteCristo Resurrected).
