Creating gears in Fusion 360 is easier than most think. Each copy of Fusion 360 includes a few sample add-ins. Fortunately, one of the sample add-ins is a Spur Gear generator. I made a better Helical Gear Generator Add-In Like many I love Ross Korsky's Helical Gear generator. However it is quite slow with more complex Gears and can significantly slow down the file. I have modified his Add-In to be about 6x faster with "normal" gears and more then 100x faster for "screw-like" gears with multiple turns.
