The Japan national rugby union team are one of Asia’s finest sides. Known by their fans as the Cherry Blossoms (and occasionally the Brave Blossoms), the team competes in the Asia Rugby Championship.
Rugby union in Japan is administered by the Japan Rugby Football Union (JRFU), which was founded in 1926. They compete annually in the Pacific Nations Cup and previously in the Asia Rugby Championship. They have also participated in every Rugby World Cup since the tournament began in 1987.

On paper everythings fine, you have to have a Japanese citizenship to play in their national team. But whats the point in scouting players from different countries, and having them to play as Japan? Its unfair and it doesnt make any sense. It kills the purpose of the game.
