PEG is "PCI Express Graphics" so it seems redundant, and either would probably work. I agree PCIE is the safer bet though. I have a Z170-A as well, and I think I set mine to PCIE.

If you have a dedicated gpu you would only really ever use the integrated gpu for troubleshooting purposes or emergencies if your dedicated gpu dies.
