The Institute on Protective Services at Temple University Harrisburg provides education and consultation to human service and law enforcement professionals on identifying, investigating and resolving cases of elder abuse and victimization of vulnerable adults.

Basic Training - offered 10 times per year (Required by all staff prior to conducting protective services). Enrichment - offered in Spring and Fall (Required annually - 6 hours per calendar year). Five Year Refresher - offered in late Summer and early Fall (Required course for all protective services staff (full-time, back-up/on call, supervisors) every 5th year after their Basic Training.
