I've used Fusion 360 before. I can't imagine doing what we do in Fusion. Fusion's workflow is a bit of a mess and file management (we use PDM) is nonexistent. Plus, as much as you pay for the distributor services (we use GoEngineer) the technical help line has pulled me out of numerous ruts.

Solidworks or Inventor are worth learning as they are very similar to each other but different to Fusion since Fusion is Top Down methodology compared to a bottom up (although Inventor can do both, less sure about SWX). SWX and IV are the main players in industry and if you can use 1 then shifting to the other should be easy.
