I visited Lake Spokane (Long Lake) a few times while I was living in Spokane. It is a really pretty spot to spend the afternoon! I went for the specific purpose of cliff jumping. There is a spot with about a 20 ft. cliff and a 50 ft. cliff. Both were a ton of fun, but I would recommend going with someone who knows the area.
