The Lands Tribunal is established under the Lands Tribunal Ordinance, Cap. 17. At present, there are four professional judges: a President who is a Judge of the Court of First Instance of the High Court and three Presiding Officers, who are District Judges. There are also two Members of the Tribunal who are qualified surveyors.
