Not sure if this will solve your issue directly for you but when I save a STL/3MF from F360 I don't use the File/Export in 360.

Just click save button and locate the project folder (in the cloud) to save your file. After that you can "save as" or "export" it as stl or any other format as you want. It is a safety protocol to have a backup of your original file.

Jul 9, 2021 · Today, I login to Fusion 360 and the option, when I right click on a body to Save as STL is missing. This is a saved project, which I know can cause it, but it's missing from right click on project, components, or any bodies. This seems to be across all my projects, not just this one.
