Oct 25, 2017 · Yes, changing the Short date format to dd/MMM/yyyy makes Outlook display the abbreviated date in the desired format. However, the change is system wide and makes Explorer "details" view file listings use that date format, which I don't want. I'm really looking for a solution that is wholly within Outlook.
