Screenshot, scale, print. Yeah, that could work. I think I will try altering the drawing scale. One post I read about this suggested that it’s a fixed scale when it prints, like 96%. Same idea but likely less tedious. So dumb. Honestly, I’d be happy to pay $200/year for a hobbyist license for Fusion. It’s mostly great and I use it a ton.

Dec 18, 2017 · Try setting the unit system in Fusion360 to millimeters. That way you know what the values should be. Then when you import it into S3D, it should already be in millimeters. Also, you didn't mention this in your original post, but how far off was the actual printed part? It was supposed to be 3.96mm? What did it end up being?
