Onshape is a pretty great free solution, and while it lacks the CAM capabilities of fusion and a few other features (mirrors and planes in assemblies) it is pretty incredible for what it is. It also gets updated with new features every 3 weeks and is extremely receptive to community feedback.

Fusion 360 is free until you start making over $100k a year ( I believe, don't quote me on it), TinkerCAD and OnShape are also free but supported by a commercial entity so make sure to look into their licenses if you want to use them.
