The newest update at this time for the Autodesk Licensing Service is 11.1.0.5629 – If there is a newer update, please install that one. Or you can use your Autodesk Account > Product Updates section to download and install the updates.

As a best practice, for improved reliability, security and performance it is always recommended to apply the latest available Autodesk Licensing Service update before launching Autodesk products.

Sep 13, 2021 · If you read tbe release notes of 4854 it says that "The Autodesk Licensing Service Update 11.1.0.5629 (Windows) has been temporarily taken out due to customers experiencing this issue. We are working on releasing a new Windows update" Which means that 5629 has an issue and it was stopped.
Close all Autodesk products. Download and unzip the Autodesk Licensing Service -win-11.1.0.5629 installer file. Right-click the AdskLicensing-installer.exe file and go to Properties > General Tab. Important: If you see a Security section at the bottom of the window (as shown in the following screenshot), select Unblock. 4.
