The more difficult AMC 12 questions require knowledge of Precalculus concepts, which the AoPS Introduction series doesn’t cover. However, Volume 2 should cover all of the concepts that the AMC 12 requires. I would recommend doing recent AMC 12s, and filling in the gaps in your knowledge from the problems you can’t solve with Volume 2.
