Someone already mentioned something along similar lines, but start with slowing retractions and reducing distance. I have my retraction speed at 10 mm/s with a 1mm retraction. With a slower retraction, you can drop the temperature some. I can print at 220 with no layer adhesion issues, but must have a slower retraction.
