Aug 20, 2019 · Greetings, about the problem you described, I just tested this on my side but I don't have such issues with the Conversation view in Outlook for Mac, version 16.27 (19071500). Given this situation, I'd like to suggest you please try using the Outlook Reset Preferences tool to reset all custom preference to the default settings to see if it helps.

Unfortunately the "new outlook" in MAC includes here also emails in the SENT folder, not just in the INBOUND folder. How can I disable this in New Outlook? In the "old Outlook" setting, the view by conversation had excluded the SENT folder. Is this a limitation of the New Outlook in Mac or this can be a feature which is not yet added since they are still on development of this new feature? Looking forward for your response.
