To be able to import the model into a Slic3r Prusa Edition, you need to export it in a form of .stl file. Right click on the menu and choose "Save As STL".

18.12.2017 · It looks like you are experiencing some issues exporting an STL from Fusion. One thing that can prevent Fusion from exporting an STL file is if Fusion is actively saving another file to the cloud at the same time. This usually results in an error message, but perhaps clearing your local cache will allow the 3D Print button to work for you.

That's to say, if you take the exact same model, save it as a binary STL and as an ASCII STL, the binary STL file will take up fewer bytes on disk.

Use Custom Refinement in the STL export dialog box to define how Fusion distributes the Mesh. Increase the size of the file before exporting to an STL.
