Oct 22, 2022 · I have a valid education subscription - through to October 14, 2023, but when I log in to Fusion 360, it says that my subscription has expired. I have tried logging out / in, uninstalling, reinstalling and logging in to the online version with no success. Screenshots attached. How can I fix this access? Thanks. Alasdair

My subscription does not expire until Jan 2022 as can be seen by the screenshot from my account page. Any idea what the problem is? I have tried logging out, closing Fusion and then restarting and logging in but just get the same. Thanks
