After three-and-a-half years in retirement, Lemieux returned to NHL action and with it came a selection to his ninth NHL All-Star Game. Notching a goal and an assist for the North America All-Stars, Lemieux's All-Star totals climbed to 12 goals and 10 assists for 22 points.
